We coordinated all our adventure for Jaisalmer with Santram Holidays from the first contact, we noticed the interest for the client and the quality of customer service they have, that says a lot about this company. Our stay in Jaisalmer was great, the first night we spent in the city at the Sanjay Villas Hotel, the super comfortable room and clean bathroom. Here we included a city tour to understand a little more about the history of Jaisalmer. The next day we went to the desert where a camel ride excursion awaited us to end up appreciating the sunset in the Thar desert. The night was spent in Rajputana Desert Camp a very comfortable tent hotel with all the comforts of a city hotel. No doubt Santram Holiday made our stay in Jaisalmer very simple and comfortable.

We are senior citizens from pune. While self arranging our tour to Himachal and Amritsar,we came across this operator for taxi. We had hired their vehicle from chandigarh airport pick up till Amritsar airport drop,taking us to Manali,Mcleodganj, and Amritsar.From the time I spoke to Ms Bhawna who was extremely helpful,polite and treated us like her own parents. Mr Tarun who was go to man regarding taxi was also very attentive and took care of us. The taxi driver Sunil aka Balaji took our care like we were his parents. Overall it was these people who made our tour memorable. I can vouch one can trust fully and besides there are very reasonable and offer you much more than claim. Wish them all the best

Booked Golden triangle tour of Delhi,Jaipur and Agra with the company for 9 days in Sedan car..very good services and itinery management by Mr Udbhav Arya who personalized the tour according to our requirements...Driver allotted was Mr Brijesh who again is a nice person and a very good driver with good knowledge about the roads and monuments of the places and even sometimes went out of the way to make us comfortable as we were travelling with two kids... he was extremely punctual regarding everyday pickup from hotel and was never late ..the Sedan car provided (Etios) was neat and clean with inbuilt music system which we used a lot during the tour....everything went on very smoothly right from pick up at New Delhi Railway station to drop off at Delhi airport...able to visit all the monuments as per itinery and some more as we had some cushion time in hand...In short, an excellent Tour with Santram holidays whom I will surely revert to again for my next trip to North India...only problem that I saw was the restaurants that the driver stopped at were either very , very expensive ( in Delhi ) or filthy , dirty and overpriced ( in Agra) after which we started going to restaurants of our own choice after looking through Google ...also be cautious about the shopping centres as most of them say they are government shops but only provide a temporary hand written bill after any purchase..

The driver that santram has alloted took us to Rangnath temple only in Vrindavan which is not included in the details mentioned by the package. He gave us a guide and the guide took us to a place and made us believe it as some trust. They scammed money from us and now I realised that it's fake. What kind of service this tours are offering to customers? This is worst experience i ever had. This is very big scam I don't recommed this to anyone

Santram Holidays is a wonderful tour operator. My partner and I had the most memorable trips in Delhi, Jaipur and Agra. The driver allocated was punctual and professional. He had good knowledge of the route, the monuments and the restaurants. He also drove very safely well within the speed limits. Overall a great experience and Santram Holidays should be a role model for all other operators.
