I was skeptical when I went there initially, but contrary to the reviews had a pleasant experience with all concerned. The doctors found time to explain the treatment plan, the pros and cons of the same, expected recovery time and even went great lengths to quell my doubts and give me strength and the will to fight the issues at hand. Would suggest Santosham Hospital to all who are looking for great doctors, good staff, clean rooms and an overall positive atmosphere to regain your health.

I haven't ever seen the most worst hospital in my life , I am a NRI , Doctor Ravi Santhosham made me worst in my life because my Aunt was a patient of him since 2014. Every time when she goes to him, he will give instruction to do the X-Ray because for money.. He wouldn't consult properly to the patient. Nothing is in progress of my aunt's health since 5 years I wouldn't recommend anyone this hospital

If possible will give negative stars. Worst experience ever had in life. Totally money minded. If you see their list of doctors everyone is from their family itself. How everyone from single family can be good and passionate about medicine that too same chest related. That itself shows it's their family business not profession.

Over charging to patients. If we miss the review date and if we go to hospital even after one week from the review date they will charge double fee. That is normal fee is 300 if we miss the review date they will charge 600. This fee will increase based on the duration. If we are in any unavoidable situation and if we go the see the doctor after two month from the review date they will charge 900 rs. If you ask them also no one will respond and they simply say it's hospital rules. Very worst experience for us. I never seen this kind of rules in any of the hospitals. Not recommendable

Was treated for Dengue fever here, good doctors and nurses. Rooms are clean with AC and clean bathroom with running water. All instruments are quite clean like thermometers etc. Nurses and staff are helpful. They will do all tests properly, including blood tests, x-rays, ultrasounds. Only thing was cafeteria was closed so had to buy food from outside. Staff are willing to help with buying drinking water coffee etc. Doctors regularly check on patients

Very worst hospital. Rajiv doctor is very cheater.. other all hospitals ct scan payment is 3500. Santhosam hospital in 4500. Rajiv sir saying one ct scan 7000 but u may patient so u give 4500 off payment ok that saying. Very cheating hospital doctor very very cheater. Doctor is patient to give no respect and worst behaviour. Attender question to patient improve ha sir. Rajiv speking no ist not possible saying Attender ku no response very very very worst hospital. Not go santhosam hospital.

Money minded, if we miss the schedule they will charge higher cost but they won't inform you what is the reason behind it, they will inform only if we question them. No hospital charges extra money for coming one week late for check up but this hospital does also during leave days they charge higher.. Money sucking hospital.. whenever u visit just for the sake they ask to take xray to collect money.. Worst management and doctors.. Better to consult different hospital..

Worst doctor I have seen in my lifetime. Dr.Ravi santosham is not fit to be an doctor who doesn't respect his patients ..waste of having so much of experience who doesn't know to talk to his patient in descent way. He wants only bloody money noting more than that. He dint even check any reports after getting all the tests done...then why the hell they ask to do all the investigations spending so much on it. No patient will turn back if they behave so rude to them. Already patient will be worried with the health issues and if doctors themself be rude how will they feel . we are not his servants or labours and his relatives that he can demand or scold us. Request all the patients not to go there if you want a good treatment. Wasted of our time and money going there it was of no use .
