Hospital staff is not at all good with patient. I have visited on 20th July 2021 on emergency services and doctors has ask me for some test so I want to in-house hospital diagnostic lab for tests. And after 4-5 days (25th July 2021), still I'm asking for report of test which was ask by doctor in emergency. But hospital staff is saying they don't have the report because their head office is close. Also when I have told I want my refund and their reply was we don't have billing person to make the refund. So I have a question if an emergency case come to your hospital who's about to die due to medication on that case what you will do. Are you gonna wait for 4-5 days just to get the test report come or your will start the medication and safe the patient. I suggest not to visit this hospital if you want to save your family members.

Wish I could give a zero star rating. Got a covid test done 3 days back for a family member. They told that report will be given in 1 day. It is 3 days now and no signs of report until now. You call them and they will not pick up the phone. And even if they pick up, they will abruptly shut the phone off on your face. Pathetic hospital. Never go to it.

Its management got changed and taken care by Santosh Medical or I can say money making I'm the name of Hospital. Within 24 hours if you visit here you will be charged again for the consulation fees. No sanitization done..roughly 30% staff were wearing mask. Moreover the treatment provided is more or less like a Jugad type which can be done by any local clinic also. To much arrogant staff .And the service is too expensive as compared to thier stupid terms and conditions. Don't Waste TIME by visiting here.

I visited today, My friend has a stomach achhe and on reception I found your server is slow. It took a lot of time more than 10 minutes which was not easy to deal for my friend. But somehow we get the appointment which was free, met with doctor and returned. You can improve customer service one of the things you can do by enabling online appointment here on Google my business itself. Thanks

Hi there, I have visited today Santosh specially hospital. Though I found the staff were cooperative and sincere. I wanted to see the physician. There was only physician called Dr. Manish Goyal and very few patient were lined up hardly 5. And I was the last. I returned without seeing the doctor, since the said doctor Manish Goyal was busy having tea with her college. And besides finishing his tea and request, he couldn't return to his cabin and continued busy gossiping. I request all whether such doctors are to be in hospital and are allowed to be in practice. I didn't made any comments on hospital or hospital staff or other doctors. I just made complain against a particular Dr. Manish Goyal. Since it was OPD time doctors are advised to sit in his clinic and see the patient. Earlier I was told he is on round . Such dictdoc have to develop sense of responsibility and to show irregularities and irresponsible behavior.

Apr 2019 - Very good hospital , have almost all the facility . Recently my brother get the surgery under aayushman bharat scheme . Appreciated services ... Highly recommended . This is my second review for may 2021 . My father was suffering with covid like symptoms . Front counter people are unprofessionals . Doctors are not listening patient . Now new management is there . This hospital is not recommended at all now .
