I have recently been to @newsantoshfamilydhaba which is new outlet in the town , at Habsiguda , beside CreamStone . Had really super delicious and tasty food . And was bit disappointed with the service . . Veg manchurian Buttern Naan Methi Chaman Shahi panner biryani . Overall Rating : 8/10 Place : @newsantoshfamilydhaba , Habsiguda.

Very worst service and food ever tasted in santosh family dhaba chain. Waiters are so rude and behaving arrogantly. Treating customers as beggers. Management is just covering up their incapabilityeven zomato people are also needed to wait a long time and losing patience. Strictly recommending not to go this place.

I suggest this santhosh family dhaba comparing to all surrounding Veg restaurants just loved the taste . Must try: I ordered Rajasthani Biryani - 299 Rs (for two people) Don't : Ordered Methi parata -60 Rs (some bitter taste is coming we can't eat that don't try spicy people) Alu parata - 60 Rs (ok but not suggesting)

Worst Experience I should have seen the reviews before visiting, all 1 star reviews are true. 1. Tables aren't cleaned for a long time. 2. No one took the order for more than 15mins. 3. We ordered special starter Narmada paneer and spring roll, both of them were very SALTY..... (Other reviews mentioned that they add a lot of salt) We couldn't eat the spring roll and left it. Butter naan and paneer curry were average. 4. The staff were very unprofessional and said "you should tell us if you want less salt". That was very very rude behaviour. We asked them to taste how salty it was, but they didn't care at all. (Expected "Santosh Dhaba" standards from Swiggy/Zomato , but faaaaar from it.) Not at all recommend, poor standards, only the ambience looked good, but food and hygiene - ZERO. It isn't New Santosh, it's "Salt Santosh Dhaba". LOTS OF SALT

Good food and good service. They offer food as per your request. I ate several times here and took the parcel frequently, every time the quality was maintained. My little daughter started recognising the restaurant whenever we passed by that area. Regards Abhishek Verma

Worst service delivery even though they know the delivery address and the delivery guy and restaurant owner both play safe game during the delivery time ,they will cancel the order and wouldn't refund the money you paid.So they will get 100% profit on such orders.I won't suggest and blocked this restaurant for future deliveries for encouraging such a fraudulent activities any more. 'Maharaja Paneer' is the best and most unique dish here. (My favorite) Very good quality food and great service, we always prefer this restaurant for gatherings and parties. For 4 years now I have been a regular at this family restaurant located near the Spar market. This is the recently opened branch of the same "New Santosh Family Dhaba".

Service was not good.... We ordered kaju panner biryani but there was no biryani in that..... Raita was so smelllyyy Fingerbowl..... With 1/12 lemon piece Not worthy place
