Pathetic service. I had come here for my mother's tests through CGHS. Highly unpofessuonal service and ambience. For our TMT and Echo we were given the time and then we had to literally fight to get her test done. When i came to collect the report after 3 days the x ray was no where to be found and the echo test report took so luch time in being searched. The reports at the reception were scattered like dirty papers. God help the people coming here for treatment. I will also report this to CGHS to delist such hospitals.
I got fast recovery and very good staff caring of section surgery by this hospital ,my gynecologist Dr is very co operative each time got her best suggestions by calling and talking,I would like to say that each Dr should be like her sothat patient have no worry about health.thank you all of you Dr ,OT staff,nurses administration of santom hospital.
