The staffs were very careless, worse than Government hospitals. The approach of staffs were a bit rude... No one was there to assist us to the doctor. The Doctor ( Dr Devi)'s behaviour was very friendly and she explained everything briefly . The doctor was the only one who made us feel comfortable

The only reason I am awarding this five stars is because of the care that Dr. Devi and the nurses provided. I would want to express my gratitude to the medical staff alone for the excellent care and treatment. I appreciate all of your kindness and concern to Dr. Devi (E N T ) . You were a huge assistance to me with beautiful smile when I needed it. I feel comfort around you . You have such a gentle disposition. And a particular thank you to the nurses at ENT. @iamsanukbabu

Worst hospital after Dr. John Panicker left, even before that also kind of worse. They made us sitting for an urgent muscle relaxant injection at the casuality, they wanted to charge new op and wait to see the doctor and the sad part is that finally they didn't even have that injection and instead gave a pain killer. Kindly avoid these kind of hospitals.

Very bad experience. It is the place that loot money. When I went to that hsptl and i consult the dr he send me to an injection but the nurse staff make it as drip and also after that drip she ask to pay 100 rs as nursing fees very bad hospitality. And also highly expensive. They don't think about the patient or their condition. They looted our money but my disease dont. Stupid service and waste of money and time

Casualty Dr.Sreejith n nurses team do not hav basic knowledge nor do they care abt patient health. My daughter's anti rabies injection dates were wrongly gvn n administered. When asked they say it's alright n the admin head Mr.Vinod is also as careless as these bunch of fools. Plz avoid this hosp if one wants to save their life.

Good treatment but the room was not maintained and washroom maintenance was really bad .Bedrolls were not washed properly and stains were there.

Unnecessarily she prescribed for endoscopy to loot money and other than she doing it fastly and telling us the results ,she was eager to show me my husband's inside nose .I found it unethical and unprofessional.when a patient is suffering from pain and irritation due to endoscopy the doctor was curious to explaining the inside structure of nose to the bystanders.I hope state could control such hospitals who are only profit oriented and IMA to check the eligibility of doctors practicing in private hospitals too.Even if all the hospitals in world are destroyed we decided not to go there
