Santhosham Weddings - Clothing store in Kuthuparamba - Kannur, India

Today, I purchased a dress from here. I liked the place; the welcoming ladies were nice and inquired properly about what we wanted, and accordingly, she directed us. I don't know her name, but she wore a hijab. We spent about half an hour here, and during that time, I needed to use the toilet; the security man showed me the way. It was also clean and neat. Anyway, this shop has a wide variety of collections in all kinds of dresses. The shop also has decent parking space, and the dress rates are reasonable.

Good selection and customer service.Very reasonable price but little busy in festival seasons.

The santhosham wedding staffs should understand that we are visiting your shop to purchase good items. I visited this place and came back without purchasing anything. Management should concentrate on appoint people who are ready to get you profit not loss. I do know the section where people are lazy but it is not my business to point out anyone better understand yourself.

The lady staffs standing near the entering door to welcome people was very bad and very rude. The overall behaviour was upsetting.

Good service Quality is okay okay not that great Customer service was good, especially one sales women named Sabeena, she was so interactive and helpful
