This is the worst theatre in the locality as on 31st Aug 2023. I've booked a movie in Santhosh and when I came to the theatre with my bike, the parking assistant charged me Rs5 for parking my bike inside the compound. I haven't encountered a theatre that charges a parking fee for their audience. And the parking place was flooded with septic tank leakage which is annoying again! When I said about this condition, his response was like "get your bike out of the compound if you don't need to park the PEE POND, the plumber would come tomorrow only!" I had nowhere to go with my bike for a movie that is going to get ruined with this kind of rude behaviour. I would rather give it a 0 star for this theatre.

Very bad theatre experience especially for 3D movies, poor sound quality and you can watch 3d cinema without 3d glass

Screen quality is average. They bought an extra 40rs for a 3D glass made from paper. Don't prefer if you are planning to watch 3D films.

Santhosh theatre, a part of Vallakalil Cine Complex, is one of the largest theatres in Kerala. It has a seating capacity of more than 900. It has a 4K screen with CHRISTIE 4K projection, which is very crisp and sharp. The sound system is also very good. This theatre, unlike multiplexes, have Balcony, which is very good for a theatre experience. Balcony experience is very good with good pushback seats and comfortable viewing. However, seats are not that great in First-class. They are a bit old-fashioned. But considering the cheap rare, it is acceptable. Still, people might be willing to pay more for a better experience. Post COVID-19 lockdown, the screen feels like it is not cleaned. It definitely needs cleaning, which is why the screen is appearing darker. It can be clearly seen on one small area where there is colour difference due to water spill or something. Theatre owners need to check onto this.
