I recently had a highly effective panchakarma treatment at Santhigiri hospital under the expert care of Dr. Gopika Dileep. Her profound knowledge of Ayurveda and personalized approach ensured a transformative healing journey. The serene hospital environment and attentive staff added to the positive experience. I am only giving one star because the therapists were lovely. The head doctor visits the clinic only once a week on Sundays and seems too busy to communicate with the clients. The resident doctor Gopika did no follow up and just conveyed a message when requested. During my 21 day therapy i saw the dr. twice, the second time i got an appointment for 11 30 and when i came to the clinic i was told to wait...one hour later, it was still a matter of 15 minutes. I left and returned at 5. No call or enquiry from the clinic in the meantime. The head dr. kept complaining of being too busy...and obviously was not up to date with my therapy. Was charged for therapy that did not happen and i had to mention it twice to be told it would be refunded to my catd..still waiting. Nasyam consisted of just putting nasal drops in from a a bottle. When i mentioned it i was promised steam and massage which did not happen. After the 21 days finished, except for the therapists i had zero follow up from the doctor on duty or anyone else in the clinic. No advice on diet or how to proceed after the Panchakarma. No call to say thank you for your business. Zero concern. I went to Kottakal and took advice and medicine from the head dr there who was very kind and concerned. Terribly disappointed with the doctors and Many thanks to the lovely therapists Sheila and Rekha. If it hadn't been for them i would have left in the first week.

I have been getting the treatment at Santhigiri for the last fifteen days. It is an excellent place for oil-based treatment with a steam-bath, as well as Kizhi treatment. The facilities are decent with good hygiene. I am impressed by the staff and the resident doctor Thrishnaj. He is kind and patient. Goes the extra mile to make your visits convenient and comfortable. Suresh and Akshaya provided the chikitsa for me. I ask for them by name for all my appointments. They are jovial, friendly and engaging. they understand your body and adjust the treatment appropriately. They even taught me few common phrases in Malayalam! I strongly recommend Santhigiri for all your ayurvedic treatment needs.
