Worst Canteen. I walked in for a Meal. Shockingly They served Lunch with cold food. Rice, sambaar everything was served totally cold. Above & beyond, for a running hospital like Shanti, they have only limited hours for Canteen. Clearly understood they are not here for Customers, they are here to run their business and Customers should wait for them. The only good thing is that when I shared the feedback, they didn't argue. Instead they listened patiently, coz they have clear idea of how they were treating the customers with the pathetic quality of food.

I am not satisfied with visiting this hospital. one doctor dr. bhaskaran, i think he's the only good doctor in that hospital. I had a bad experience from here.main reason is the hospitalization is bit expensive so a poor family can't afford it. Worst casualty treatment. They don't Even know the humanity because they only need money.

Recently I got a small cyst in my overy and I visited Shanti hospital gynecologist, she suggested me to take a surgery immideatly costing 30000 and it's very complicated and asked me to take many tests. Next day I rechecked with some other gynecologists(Renai, Cochin) and doctors they said it's just a normal cyst not required any surgery immediately and it will go normally. Don't believe in Shanti hospitals doctors recommendation for immideate surgery, take suggestions from other hospitals doctors as well.

Very bad service. Especially the admin department. The doctor's is not puctual they wasting our time.

Good hospital,Good room and room service is great,overall a little bit expensive not more. The worst part of the hospital is its canteen,A very few items in thier canteen and they shutdown it on 7 pm.

Worst hospital ever they want only money no proper communication in phone calls and all only aim is money nothing else donot go to this hospital

Me and my family members visit Shanthi Hospital as we stay near to it. Of lately, the services are bad, especially at the pharmacy, there is lot of delay to get the medicines even though there are plenty of staff inside the pharmacy. The Hospital has also become money minded by increasing the registration and renewal fee, every two weeks we have to renew the registration. Today I visited the GM department, since the Dr. didn't have evening consultantation they converted the spot renewal into pre-booking and charged extra amount, which is unfair and is taking opportunity of patients.

Not friendly staff. Patients when come to enquire they treat them very badly
