The best yoga classes in the haridwar! flexible learning that can be carried out at your own pace from home or with a mix of online and face to face teaching sessions. I must say Mr. Nitin sir is a very knowledgeable teacher who is super supportive, friendly and helpful .Teaching instructions are very clear and well explained.

Highly recommended!!!!. It's a wonderful experience with Sanskriti yoga Kendra. it's been more than 3 +years I have been doing online yoga. A perfect boost for physical strength and mental health. Yoga instructor "Nitin Sir" is very dedicated and perfectionist. He monitored very closely and pay attention to each and every individual. Everyday classes include variations of yoga posture which keeps you active, positive and energetic all the day.
It's a very good experience joining online classes with Nitin . He has a good command in his skills and the best part is he is not a commercial trainer like other doing now a days. He is professional, hard working, sincere and honest towards his work. Me and my daughter joined online clases 5 months back and having very good experience.
