This is about the girls' hostel where my daughter could stay with much difficulty only for 3 months as we had paid security for that period. It is a rat infested hostel. The food is kept at the common kitchen counter for the girls to eat at their convenient time, and rats actually are so experienced that they even remove the lids and eat from the vessels. Be careful of their assurances. They say anything and everything to attract customers. They insist on 3 months security and I promise that those 3 months will turn to be hell for you. and when you decide to leave they will return only a meagre amount of the security deposit in the name of adjustment of electricity charges that too maybe after around 3 to 4 months (if you at all have the patience to follow up for so long). The behaviour of the lady, Ms Reena (the owner) and the manager, Mr. Satyapriya, changes as soon as they receive the money. They assure healthy food for the girls ... their version of healthy food is food from which oil drips pathetically. Don't go for the images available on google. Those are of the boys' hostel. The girls hostel is a total mess. The only person who can be called good here is the security guard, Mishra'ji. please clear everything about extra charges like electricity etc as they avoid mentioning at the time of admission. In a nutshell avoid this girls hostel.

O WATER AVAILABLE 24*7 ON EACH FLOOR OF EVERY BLOCK. DOUBLE AND TRIPLE SHARING AC&NON AC ROOMS ARE AVAILABLE. ONE MOTHER DAIRY BOOTH IS ALSO THEIR FOR ICE CREAMS,LASSI,MILK SHAKE ETC. OVER ALL GOOD PLACE FOR STUDENTS. HERE MAINLY STUDENTS ARE FROM SYMBIOSIS AND IMS AND FROM OTHER INSTITUTIONS LIKE JSS, IP ETC. GOOD PLACE FOR STUDENTS GOOD LOCATION HOSPITAL IS AT 1 MIN WALKING DISTANCE OTHER SHOPS AND MALLS ARE ALSO UNDER 1 KM RANGE.

The owner is such a arrogant in her behavior and will make sure you blame yourself for staying in her PG. Facilities downgrade instantly as you make the payment. Be Cautious before coming here. Neither is food, nor are the services good.

Horrendous experience. Let me tell you if you are a working professional then this is not the right PG for you. The Director of the PG Reena Saxena is master at manipulating. There is no lift in the PG . If you wish to stay in the PG then prefer not taking meals. Because the quality of the meal served is pathetic. At midnight there is that stench from the restroom which will not let you sleep. No fridge provided. The washing machine is also not in a good working condition and without any dryer. Without any intimation they will ask you to shift to a different room. If you are working at night shift, then they will not receive your calls and you will be left stranded for hours waiting for someone to open the door. I just don't want others to suffer and then document feedback on google. Even after reading the feedback you decide to stay in this PG, then best of .

Horrible Experience!!!!!!!!!The receptionist is a disgusting/fraud person. In the evening discussed with him about the cost for a double occupancy room and he agreed in the evening, he didn't even asked for some advance amount and next morning when when I came with my luggage to the PG that guy he has already given that room to some other person. These people are not worth trusting!
