Wrost service and very unprofessional staff. We purchased pleasure+ and it was a very bad experience. They don't have proper sitting space, no drinking water and the washroom is very unhygienic. Also they didn't prepare the vehicle and kept us waiting for hour even though we had a booking 10 days in advance. See pictures they didn't even put the temporary number, we had to ask multiple times to arrange it. Also they prepared my bills with wrong names. It was hectic and wrost experience. I would recommend not to engage with any relationship with this showroom.

Workshop management is very third class they told me you will get the scooty battery by evening but evening also it was not available n they told "kahi aur se lagwa loo" in very bad manner

Silvester Bernard just now I have purchased destini from sanskar motors Indore in 22nd October,2023 . Worst service from that company or showroom. Inspite of giving full advance amount 2 days prior and also they told to call 1 HR prior before coming to showroom for take the delay. We did that too. And than also they make us to wait for 2 hrs for vehicle to be delivered. Worst ever service from hero and specially sanskar motors. My advise to specially to the owner. Plz hire experienced persons in ur company otherwise this newbies will eat ur company apart. Now we are waiting for our vehicle registration no the lady in there says that they don't have the chasis no plz provide so that they can check which vehicle they had given to us. None of the hero benefits they had given tous. Even now we are getting the offers from the hero side but none.

This is the worst place to buy a new two-wheeler, staff is non co-operative and rude. I bought a new bike from here last month and they charged extra money for insurance, RTO charges and accessories. Also no receipt was provided for the extra money being charged by them. When we asked questions about the extra amount, they said we have to give it to insurance and RTO agents. No extra charged amount was refunded to us. Truly Horrible Experience!!!

I visited sanskar motors to get an enquiry of hf dlx and I will buy within one week from sanskar motors only because I like the atmosphere and staff of Sanskar motors. They are too friendly and well trained. Superb

Huge rush for 2 wheeler service, even I went to Saturday in noon but they not take active for service, said come on Monday morning. So avoid visiting on Saturday and Sunday for service.

Sanskar motors, service is good and the staff is also very helpful. I like the atmosphere and I also suggest other to come who wants to purchase hero vehicle to Sanskar motors, vijay nagar. Indore
