Being someone who got a haircut from this place last year(from a male hairstylist who was best in it) , i wasn't hesitated for going there again for the same. I called them and got an appointment. But unfortunately the service they provided was pathetic! ( I ignored the negative reviews they had since the past few months, for which i had to pay for!) I had instant regret right after i stepped in(both from their approach as well as their service), but still hoped that the final result will be better, which in reality didn't turned out to be! (The male hairstylist was replaced by another lady) Beholding a 'professional' tag and performing contrary is unfair! There are 'n' number of options out in this locality and still if someone choose your place, understand that it is out of pure trust! I request the owner/s to look into the issue seriously and appoint staffs accordingly and improve the overall service.

Don't waste your time getting your kids a haircut. They somehow avoid it by telling some excuses. They show their arrogance. That just happened today.

To be very Frank I never expected this much of a professional experience from a salon at Aroor... It was never any less... I went with my hair completely ruined with me trying to colour myself and I came out with the best hair and Colour I ever had... All thanks to the loving Staff and Shanthi chechi ...
