Excellent Stay. Service Apartment is located bit inside a layout with quite surrounding among other apartments. Homely food is available by order given with 2 hours' time. Induction cooker, utensils, water available. We interacted with the owner Ramanna, who is a very nice & helpful person.

We have stayed one day in premium 2BHK and one day in1BHK . It's quite good and spacious. The staff is very helpful. The neighbourhood is very peaceful. There are various options , but I liked premium for short stay. Car parking is available. The tiffin outside of the apt is tasty and reasonable price.

Kindly check the room rent before you book.. Pros: room is neat and clean and close to national highway Neighborhood is quite and calm I booked 1 bhk and we got 1 queen size bed and one single cot Both are very comfy and also clean, we are 2 adults and 2 kids, so it is managable Gyser worked and it provides instant hot water Cons: I am not sure about the service.. since Tv not working and no one there to help us. Overall if you want to book a 1bhk flat for less than 1k it's good choice

I recently had the pleasure of staying at an amazing accommodation and I am thrilled to share my experience. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the warm and friendly staff who went above and beyond to make sure that my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. The room itself was absolutely stunning, with high-quality amenities. The bed was incredibly comfortable and provided me with a great night's sleep. The bathroom was also exceptional, of fluffy towels. The location of the accommodation was perfect, situated in a peaceful area that was still conveniently close to all the local attractions. I appreciated the quiet surroundings and the ability to relax in a tranquil environment. It's good for families.

I recently visited this place with my family and stayed for 8 days in 1 bhk the one who what's to experience homely nature do try this stay ... everything was perfect ... they do provide the kitchen cookery , drinking water , hot water and Ac ,free Wi-Fi are available ... the one you wants milk ,you can get them milk boy is available ... it's near to railway station and you can find groceries shop near by the home at 200mtrs only , At entrance you can find tiffins which taste goods you can give a try ...car can be parked in front of the gate no issues , house keeping is available .. staff are very cooperative .. thanks a lot for Vinay for making our trip more comfortable way ... would like to visit this place once again

Rooms are good and clean.. owner is also good and co-operative.. over all a very nice experience staying here... Taking home lots of good memories from Tirupati..

Room are clean and hygiene, they provide good bed sheets, very responsive if we have any queries. They will provide kitchen utensils, if we want to cook. Reasonable and peaceful stay

Very close to Tirupati railway station and APSRTC Bus station. The rooms are very neat and clean and give you an at home feel. The management is also very helpful. There are a wide range of options in booking rooms. Such as 1bhk, 2bhk, etc. A parking facility is also available.
