Worst experience.
When I called manager regarding booking in morning, he said yes your booking is done. I had evening flight to Goa.
In late evening, after I landed, he called to inform that he has already sold that room to someone else and made various kinds of excuses. Rather, he was very rude and said "It's my hotel I can do whatever I want. I won't give you anything if you come here".
Horrendous
The staff is good but i have never stayed in these kinds of hotels with no toiletries and no packed water bottles and it is not safe at night

Initially i was sceptical before booking at this place looking at the review. But As this place was near to the airport, I booked at this hotel. The owner was kind enough to call me and ask about my arrival time. We reached at midnight as our flight got slightly delayed at Mumbai. We had a fast check in to the hotel.
The room was clean and neat. AC was cooling well. We had hot water in the bathroom. TV channels were working properly.The room had access to fast internet. Overall we had a good stay.

The only good thing is its location. Otherwise it's my worst experience. The manager's behaviour is very bad. The room is also not clean. Not recommended to anyone . The hotel owner is very rude and arrogant. Now everyone will see the owner's arrogance here in his reply here. He is so arrogant that he said bad words about my parents. Literally not acceptable. Also check his reply on other's review to understand how good he is.

Vasco Residency is a good stay but for food we need to go out. There is no room service,. Elevator is there as such no need of climbing stairs. Overall a good stay place and it's very close to Vasco railway station.
