The purchasing experience at this store was extremely disappointing. After buying an Orient water heater, I encountered issues and contacted them for assistance. Shockingly, they informed me that they currently had no technicians available, leaving me with a five-day wait. Despite initial promises of excellent service, 24/7 assistance, and extensive warranty coverage, the reality fell far short. In light of their unresponsive support, if negative ratings were an option on Google, I would rate them -1.
