Earlier it was one of the busiest hospital. Now it lost it's fame and only few people are visiting here. But the new block consist of little more patients compared to the old block.
One of best hospitals in kollam.General medicine, Surgery, ENT , Pediatrics, Gynaecology, Neurology, and other dept are there. Parking facility available.
This place I would say is pathetic in all means. I wouldn't call it a hospital. The situation of the Labour room, OT and Post Operative Ward is a disaster. One thing they are good at is the bill amount. The patient vomited soon after the surgery. The patient was lying on it for hours in the same cloth in the post operative ward. They didn't bother to change the cloth or the bedsheet the patient lied on. I still don't understand the eligibility of this place to be listed as a hospital. As far as I know, these places are considered sterile rooms. But they seem to be dump yards of old furniture and broken things. If there was an option to select 0 star, I would go for it.
The management should open their eyes and take a stroll around the place to see what is up there. There is no point in decorating Guru's statue without showing justice to the patients.

My 1 year old daughter was admitted yesterday only because of Dr m c thomas this hospital depends on the nurses who treat her so carelessly. One of the worst hospitals in Kollam district. Even we booked for an appointment for neuro doctor waited long time, token numbers are not properly followed, no proper response from assisting nurse. I could found many elderly sick patients waiting from morning till 2 pm doctor consulted only 10 patients. No customer care service, none of securities are guided properly. Finally we approached one customer support person in the reception but he also couldn't help us to sort out our issues. So we left the hospital.My child also also consulted dermatologist, doctor is very friendly. Pathetic service in pharmacy and followed old age system even sufficient staff are there.
A best hospital in Kollam town
Very poor customer service. I asked their hr number for enquiry of any vaccancy in their hospita. But the lady who attended the call was not able to given their hr number. I faced a very bad experince with them... So the hospital administration should give proper training to the staff.... Otherwise your reviews will be down....
Such a great office and doctor. The wait times are relatively short The doctor and nurse practitioner are so understanding. We've never had an issue with either of them. Office staff is great too - very friendly and professional!
