I had a good experience with this lab. I have been using their Home services for some time. The staff behaviour is very professional and friendly. I definitely recommend this place.
Sankars is one of the best scanning and diagnostic labs in Alleppey. They have been in the medical industry for a long time now are are usually the first in Alleppey to introduce any new advances in medical technology to Alleppey. The majority of hospitals in Alleppey refer their patients here because of the accurate results of their tests and more importantly because of the advanced technology that they always try to introduce to their branches. The staff who work here are very knowledgeable and cooperative.
I'm really pleased with the experience. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. They took the time to answer all my questions and explain the test results in detail. The lab was clean and well organized, and the equipment was up to date and in good condition. The prices were very reasonable and the test results were accurate. The blood collection staff was not only professional, but also incredibly kind and courteous. Overall, I had a great experience at Sankar's Health Care Lab and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for quality diagnostic services. "
I couldn't find the Radiologists behavior humane. He seemed a machine only. I am not satisfied with the result and planning to get it done from some other centre soon
Very glad I opted to get a wellness checkup from Sankar's. I was surprised that they even did ECG in the comfort of my own home. The home collection staff Mrs. Sandhya was such a delightful person who made the whole process very comfortable. The results were also emailed in a few hours by the team. They displayed the every essence of customer service without a single rude comment or bad attitude which is hard to expect these days. Very impressed!
