I walked in for a enquiry for cataract at RS Puram Cbe. Smt Indu gave all details and arranged a consultation in no time. I was advised cataract, appointment fixed in less than 2 hours after all tests. A neat hospital, polite helping staff are additional feathers. During Surgical Procedure Dr Prabu V allayed all apprehensions and a motivation person. I Hardly spent 2 1/2 hours per eye at hospital. ( Admit to discharge) Thanks Dr Prabu, u have given me a wonderful vision which I didn't foresee. Posting this immediately a day after my surgeries.
As per my experience, Dr Prabhu Shankar is good apparantely however the admin staff are unfriendly when any assistance is required and documentation procedures for insurance are handled in a very very pathetic manner.
I'm using their service for almost 10 years now. But the quality of the service has become worst these days. I'm trying to contact staffs for ordering my contact lens from past 2 weeks. Everytime I call they just get my mobile number. But, haven't heard back from them still. Very frustrated and thinking to change hospital.
Never thinking about the value of service.. They attract people with lower eye checkup amount and endup in lot of tests and surgerys to loot money.
I got cataract operation for both eyes at 65. Excellant vision after surgery. Actual surgery took less than 3 minutes. No pain. Very good service. Total Cost 75000 for me covered by insurance. Now I see the entire world in 8k. Courteous service by all staff and doctors
Good eye clinic here at Coimbatore. All staffs right from registration till Doctor consultation are quick. All eye examination, consultation including eye dilation are super good. All my family members visit here once in a year for a regular eye check up. Also the fees they are charging is reasonable. Hats off entire team.
