I am posting only one photo and video because I visited this place yesterday (feb 4th) and had a really terrible experience. Firstly if you have a car and visiting this place in the afternoon then you won't get any parking till 2kms. As the building is not providing parking for cars and not for sankalp. Still, after taking 2 3 rounds to find the parking spot and wasted almost 30 mins, I decided to have sankalp food only. After getting a parking spot at the roadside, I complained about this to the person at sankalp. He genuinely replied to me and apologized for the inconvenience. Now what i was expecting was a good food which I used to have it in sankalp. But they provided me with a cold dosa!! Only sambhar was hot the white chatni was like more the water in it. I waited for parking and had bad experience still what I received is the cold and hard dosa. It was too hard to cut and eat. If anyone from the management is reading this. It is a humble request that please maintain the same taste of sankalp and do not ruin it by providing these types of food. So the food experience was also worse. The service the ambiance the politeness were good but what about the food? So please do the needful.
I had visited this place with very high hopes. Tha behaviour of the staff was very good. The interior was different from other franchies, but was very nice and resfreshing.Great use of space. But i was little diappointed with the food. The dosa were good but the USP of the sankalp is their sambhar which was not up to the mark. Also the bowl in which they serve different chutneys were also small which i dont get it.They have to improve their food for the branch for sure.

We ordered food from Swiggy and it was almost an hour late. Second the dosa was cold, only sambar was slightly warm. Third the taste was extremely bad, sour and bitter. Literally, we didn't eat food. Finally we made Maggi at home and ate. Extremely bad taste and quality. Never expected this.
Price was little bit higher but as compared too price they also provide quality food.
