For the dosa/south indian food lovers this is really a good place. Service is also good. Atmosphere is too good because the table arrangement is proper so we cannot feel too noisy.

Sankalp is a brand that is known to most of the Amdavadis and this place lives up to that. Good ambiance and quick service. Knowledgeable and hospitable staff. We had Masala Papad, Spooky dosa, Murmura Dosa, Vegetable Uthappa and Brownie along with sweet lime soda and everything was upto the mark. Uthappa should have been bigger as per our previous experiences. But we enjoyed a lot. This place is connected to the old Ahmedabad Gandhinagar highway and 15 minutes walk from Motera metro station so one can just walk in and enjoy delicious South Indian cuisine.
I have went over here two times in past one month, after the renovation and relocation. First time the experience was very good in terms of quality of food, taste of food, hygiene and ambience. However second time the service was average, though the food was good. Recommended to visit for South Indian Food

Food is amazing at this place. They have a large variety of authentic South Indian dishes and various others menu items which complement the food. Even on a Sunday, the restaurant was not much crowded and the staff is very kind and helpful. Alsoz they have Sam's pizza in the same area so u always have another choice.
Sankalp is among the most famous brands for South Indian cuisine, but sadly not always you get the quality you tend to associate with such names. Mysore Masala Dosa was tasty but the Idli was not at all good. The idli was not soft and tasted as if it was not fresh. Coffe was just ok. With such exhorbitant rates one expects quality, which was not delivered.
