The staff is very knowledgeable and helpful.I am visiting this hospital since years and my experience had been great specifically Dr. Mukesh Gupta is the best doctor I have ever seen.
Money is everything for this hospital and doctors. Unnecessary check up to get the commission from the laboratories unnecessary advise for admit to earn money. I have very bad experience with this hospital and doctor, got every experience during my son's treatment. I will never go again in future. I surprised once I entered in the hospital a sister asked for my mobile for online review for 5 stars, I asked how can I review without any treatment. Staffs are forced to maintain rating and reviews.
I recently had to visit this hospital for a minor surgery and I couldn't have asked for a better experience. the staff were all incredibly kind and attentive, making me feel comfortable and at ease throughout the entire process . The facilities were clean and modern , and the equipment used was top- notch. I was impressed with how efficiently everything ran, and how well the doctors and nurses communication with each other to provide the best possible care.
