Not so good hospital service. Everyone is writing prescription the person sitting on the reception, doctor's wife.Did my treatment in haste without consulting to me about the budget and whether I was willing to get that. Really disappointed. Injected 3 saline bottle + many more injections without even knowing my actual condition and consulting the doctor. If I had to get the prescription of an unqualified person I would have gone to some medical shop.
Good behavior and smooth response for critical emergencies cause. Doctor having excellent professional Ethics. was came with in 9 minutes for the call and give medicine to the patient and we was explained the current situation. Night duty nurse having too much experience and fast handling skill. after leaving he was call and ask about patient condition and guide the nure for next treatment. And also given confidence to the by stander.
Our experience at sankalp hospital has been really good. Good staff interactions and service. The Doctors were really kind, courteous and explained everything about the problems and treatment in detail. Overall we were very satisfied with the treatment and the services at the hospital.
In Dr world, no matter of who Dr manish gupta. I personally met him last 6 months before for my daughter gallbladder stone problem. As per under guidence of Dr manish gupta, remove gallbladder of my daughter & she feel happy today in her life. Now today i admit my spouse in sankalp Hospital for high BP & diabetic problem. After the treatment of Dr. Manish Gupta, my sugar level and BP are under complete control and I soon lost 10 kg weight without any kind of weight loss medicine. With his diagnosis and guidance I am feeling healthy today. I am thankful to Dr. Gupta for getting effective results in less medicine.
