Recently I have went for my wife's delivery. I have given 1 star to only staff who were very supportive. They only know how to make big bill. They have prepared & charged so many of hidden cost. Don't believe in maternity package. Look very decent cost on Paper only. But in reality they have lots of things to add. I will suggest don't visit specially for Maternity or delivery. Also chances of Normal delivery is very less. Because they have to charge you.

Money making hospital with zero interest to human health. cockroaches everywhere, right from ground floor lift button to behind the tv and under the bed of patience in so called private room. The original estimate given was 60k where as the final bill was 1 lac. I would suggest go for govt hospital which is just 5 kms away. Atleast they wont claim they are good and charge you double.

Patient has zero progress and discharge takes whole day, fake billing. Ain't a hospital but a buisness for real.

Money making hospital, patient health didn't get better but got ruined, we had all the recent reports of all the tests even CT from army hospital scan but still they did everything again for no reason, they don't even have explanation for the treatment, took a ton of hidden charges.

I just recently got a minor surgery done here and I had a great experience - starting from getting the cashless claim process initiated by the billing department all the way till discharge. The private room was very comfortable too with the staff being very nice and gentle. Only one minor inconvenience I faced was the language barrier, while everyone did try their best to convey information in English, it would've been great to have atleast one staff who could be fluent enough to assist a non-Marathi speaking patient like me :) With that said, this was my first surgery ever and everything went so smooth and great that I felt like I was on vacation, so you can imagine!

Improper appointment management. Rude staff especially the receptionists. They hardly care about the fact regarding appointment and waiting time and other needs of patients. Overall poor rating.
