It was an experience of two days hospitalization for 2 days, here are the pros and cons for the hospital. Pros: 1. Doctor treatment is good in diagnosis, 2. Nursing staff are well behaved and polite 3. Cleaning staff are good in their duty. 4. Price and charges are affordable for all. Cons: 1. Lack of parking place for 4 wheeler. 2. Fooding facility to patient is not available. Overall it's good in all scenario. Thanks team Sanjivani.
If you want to avail corporate insurance cashless facility, This hospital is in network and you can avail the facility. They have 3 different type of private rooms apart from general ward. We visited here for Gynecologist/ Pregnancy advice. Dr Purusottam Agrawal is available here. We liked his consultation. However, the waiting time might be somewhat more for some days due to the busy schedule of the doctor. We noticed, if Dr P Agrawal is absent, the hospital authorities will force to make you visit the other in duty doctor, Which we clearly did not like, as you wont be comfortable visiting any other doctor for your ongoing consultation. So I felt availability is an issue here. Also there is no dedicated parking for four wheelers. You either have to do street parking or you can parkninside big bazar if its a day time. So overall 3* rating.
The Doctors are good but there is no in-house testing facility. To get an X-ray which is a very basic test that should be available in most, if not all, nursing homes, you have to move the patient out of the hospital and travel to a distance of around 3 KMs. This may worsen the condition of the patient. I think an old and fairly reputed hospital such as Sanjivani should focus on procuring these test machineries to save the patients from a big headache of searching for the testing centers.
As services are good but they are creating a monopoly in the market. Currently, they are taking only cash or UPI payments. They should take card payments as well. They should offer The customer can pay at their convenience.
One of best hospital ever i have experienced...with best Doctors and clinical as well as non clinical staffs...My entire family members medical issues are greatly resolved at this hospital.
