Sanjivani Hospital - General hospital in Jorhat - Jorhat, India

Stuffs ,they hold an extra level of attitude,for what I don't know. If you ask them about something they reply with an unethical attitude. We know it's a big and popular hospital that doesn't mean you have the right to treat patients casually. They should be polite and kind towards patients no matter what. It's a policy.

One of the busiest hospitals in Jorhat. But the conditions are not upto the mark. Doctor I had interact with was very good that is why I choose this hospital. First Hospital I have been to without canteen service for the patients. Parking is another big issue for the hospital. Although they have some reserved parking places on back side but was denied by the guard to parked thereat and gave some absurd reason. I think people still going this hospital coz there is not other option available in Jorhat and some of the Doctors are very reputable ones. I want to give one but out of respect for my Doctor I added another one. Not impressed.

Poor hospital management.. The staffs sends their known patients first before the token number.I have my own experience of this.. my token no was 18 and they are sending 25 first.. and waited for more than 3 hours.. first experience for this type of evil things in a hospital and that too in child department. Also nurse behaviour was rude

Very dirty and unhygienic. Fake bill of medicine is charged which I fought and rectified to some extent. Nurses are good but doctors are very arrogant. Just for dengue treatment they have charged me 84K.

Worst experience ever.... The doctor from medicine department only minding buisness....that too only money matters not the patient condition.... The prescription is not given by the doctor unless you don't do the blood test... They are just thief or rascals who have a degree of doctor Worst...I can say no hospital does exist like the one it exists in jorhat Full of stupid, morons seating to collect money

This time the experience with this hospital is much better.. The hospitality...the behavior of all the stuff towards the patient and attendees is much better than before.. They have taken proper care of the patient. We are very satisfied. Thank you. I hope it does better in the future

This is the waiting area infront of room no 9 ( for casualty and dr rajib borkotaky chamber) and it has no proper ventilation, no air conditioning not even a fan. It was really very suffogating. The doctors here are very renowed but the facilities in the sanjivani is not upto the mark for which they charge. It took us total 5 hrs ( we came here at 12:00 Pm , they asked us to do RAT test. It took 30 min. Then waiting and so on. Finally at 3:00Pm dr came . He saw the patients and asked for ECG ( rs 400) . Then again waiting and so on. Dont know how much time it will take for just the consultation. Pathetic management. Loosing our tolerance.

Jorhat needs more medical facility centres. Sanjivani is in the core of the city providing the worst experience for any patient. I personally have the worst experience as a patient. You can't even get emergency facility if (touch wood) you ever need. Behaviour of most of the staffs are not upto the mark. Very unfortunate that a hospital at such a great location (easy access), can't serve the minimum requirements.
