I am a current member of Sanjeevani yoga and fitness studio and the experience in one word is "Amazing". I am seeing positive changes in my health, physically and mentally. Yoga instructor Prateek Kashyap is good at what he does. The interesting part is, it's not boring at all. Everyday, he amazes me by doing different variations and tweaks in simple yoga and making the session more involved. I would recommend it to anyone who wants results, may it be weight loss, weight gain or keeping yourself healthy. Do it yourself to see the results.

Prateek sir is very good yoga trainer I have been taking online yoga seesions from prateek sir since last 3 month and after this my strength is greater so I suggest to all that you mai also take online session from prateek sir n make healthy

Prateek sir is best yoga instructor in chittorgarh city.I was suffering from back pain and cervical pain and used to take pain killers but after yoga practice under Prateek sir's instructions I am feeling much better .Thank you so much sir.
