My uncle who is a regular patient of Dr. Mundle was referred to Dr. Palshikar for angiography at Sanjeevan Hospital. During the angiography, Dr. Palshikar found two blocks (>90%). Angioplasty was recommended and they began the procedure as soon as we approved it. Everything went smoothly and my uncle was shifted to ICU, and finally discharged the next day. He was kept in general ward. The ward was absolutely clean and the nurses and the other staff was so warm and helpful. I must mention the fantastic help and cooperation we received from billing and admin people. Their interdepartmental communication is so efficient - each person knew exactly what needed to be done. Uncle was admitted through CGHS - Diksha madam knew exactly what needed to be done. Discharge procedure was very smooth and without any hurdles. Even the polite security guards bid us farewell with a smile.

My 1st time experience with surgery...was bit uncomfortable. But thankful to all smooth process and hospital support to create a comfortable and smooth experience. Going through a surgery itself is mentally challenging. Feels good to receive a conductive environment here! Thank you

Should focus on more cleanliness in passage outside ICU and ICU patient's relative waiting room is in worse condition. Lack of communication between doctor and patient in ICU as well as in General ward and relatively slow medical treatment in casualty. Overall good experience in the patient's treatment.

Very nice and old hospital in pune with good doctors and staff. Can be upgraded on the equipment side. The environment is very peaceful and calm. Lighting and interiors can be improved in order to add a brighter side and make the hospital feel less dull

Very bad situation.... they priority money only. Don't go here and don't suggest to your relatives. No CT- SCAN, MRI facility available here. They do in Poona hospital and ambulance charges included in your bill.

I have a good experience with Dr. Kiran, Dr. Munot and Sister Mrs. Mugdha while my tests of 2D Echo and Stress Test. All are very polite and they had taken very much care. With warm regards, Prafulla Subhedar

I will never go back here also will recommend others not to visit here. My father' biopsy was planned here as his Dr suggested this hospital. The Biopsy was supposed to happen at 8am but Dr operated him at 4.30pm due to which we had to stay back till next day, which was not necessary at all with all this father had to fast for almost 18 hrs. In-spite of having insurance, hospital account team took so much of time to complete the formalities also when we asked the team why its taking so much of time then in reply we here that " you may call up & coordinate on your own". credit to their arrogance. Biopsy amount what Dr had estimated the final bill was total against it, as it was almost 2 times higher than estimated cost. over all a very bad experience. Think twice before going here.
