Worst experience ever. The bus was said to reach at destination by 9:15.am but then they Said it will reach by 1:30pm. Now again a 3hrs journey is left after 1:30pm. Atleast have some ethics to tell the exact duration of journey. Nobody in this busy world is free to waste time on such pathetic travels. I will surely never recommend to this to anyone. Actually the real rating is a big zeroooo.

Location is located near market, railway station and metro station. Cleanliness and hygiene missing. No facilities for rest room, chair etc.
Do not waste your money with this bus worst bus till I saw, first of all not on time, not cleaned, full of smell, dirty bedsheets, dirty blankets with bedbugs
Bus is comfortable and no issue with driving but the hotel stops are not good. Also, halts are very small. Very dirty washrooms where it is even difficult to stand. Smelly and cold food. Service centre people need to improve on dealing with customers with respect. My pickup point was changed at last moment and had to take my family to the new point in a hurry which was 3kms away.
