Sangeetha Veg Restaurant | Poonamallee - Vegetarian restaurant in Chennai, Thirumazhisai - Thiruvallur, India

Food was average. Taste wasn't good. We even found some fragments of hair in the food and informed the servers but they are only interested in brushing it off saying could've been flown or simply ours. Service was quick though. But they were kinda hostile to even take our requests for additional fork or tissues. Atmosphere is very crowded as we were returning on the way during the weekend the place was understandably overcrowded. We did get parking space while some weren't lucky though. Overall doesn't live up to the expectations od Sangeetha. Sad to see its quality is deteriorating.

This Sangeetha is located at a very good spot on the highway, it might be easy to miss so keep an eye out - or follow the map. There is plenty of car parking within the premises and the atmosphere is also very nice.

Me and my family had lunch in this restaurant on the way from Vellore to Chennai. It was around 1.30 pm and the place was fully crowded. The service people were busy. Did not even give a menu card. So ordered 2 mini meals and one Tomato rice. The mini meals had a major portion of tomato rice with small portions of sambar rice and curd rice with a chappathi. Also had Kurma, beetroot poriyal, appalam with a sweet in the plate. The tomato rice was bland and tasteless in such a way it was impossible to confirm that it was tomato rice or a vegetable rice. The chappathi was also burnt. The Samanar rice was good and the curd rice was the only item that satisfied our taste. Even pickle was not present in the plate and we had to ask for it separately. If we were given the menu to view the contents of mini meals, we would have gone for full meals itself. The tomato rice was 160 per plate which is way costly for its taste and the individual tomato rice we bought was around 80. Did not expect such a taste from Sangeetha.

Sangeetha Veg Restaurant, Poonamallee is a great place to go for a delicious and affordable vegetarian meal. The restaurant is clean and well-maintained, and the staff is friendly and helpful. The menu features a wide variety of South Indian, North Indian, and Chinese dishes, all of which are prepared with fresh ingredients. I ordered the Masala Dosa and was very impressed with the flavour. The dosa was crispy and flavorful, and the potato filling was well-spiced. The sambar and chutney were also delicious. I would highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a good vegetarian meal in Chennai.

It's a multi chain restaurants around Chennai region popularly know for the delicious veg food they serve. Atmosphere is fair, nothing special but a lot of space for many people at a time and it enables a quick service. The menu is really wide and has all the delicacies ranging from South Indian, North Indian and Chinese options as well. Everything is served on a fresh actual banana leaf. South Indian options are really good but the Chinese with some twist and flavours of South taste good too. They are options of beverages to accompany you meal. Good place for a quick and hygienic meals.

We had a great food with different varieties of chutneys (29) in chutney mela (12th to 16th June) and the service was so good. A good place to have a great dinner.

Excellent places to have vegetarian dishes! Great quality and good taste.

Being at a prime location and so much of a crowd, they should provide a good customer experience. But a BIG "No". Visited on Sunday morning for breakfast. The waiting time even for a plate of idli is around 20-25 mins and they won't provide all items in mini tiffin, when asked they respond rudely asking to eat the dish first which is on our plate. After a big wait for my dosai, which is part of mini tiffin, came but with half maavu in it (pls see the pic). Got so furious and asked them why we aren't provided good food for the money we pay. No proper response. Finally I had to repeatedly beg for the mini coffee which was also provided late. I don't recommend this hotel as it has already lost its professionalism and focussed more on money.
