Walkable distance from trivandrum railway station and ksrtc bus stand. Clean and tidy rooms and toilet. No lift. A lift is being constructed which will be ready soon. There are good parking facilities for 4 to 5 vehicles at a time.
The guy at the reception is very polite and the room service guys are helpfull to provide you with breakfast or any help. The room is very clean and well maintained. The only issue is there is no geyser in the bathroom you have to ask for hot water which they provide and the reason for 4 star is there are plenty mosquitoes in the room if the fan is switched off. If they take care of it they would be rated better.
