I shop at this store when I visit Kerala. My experience has been pleasant. What I like about this particular store is that their prices are reasonable. Their customer service is excellent as well. I highly recommend this store to those who want fair pricing.

An ideal place to purchase dresses and dress materials at a reasonable rate for the entire family. Has a vast collection of dress materials in different rates which will definitely suit to one's pocket. The service is also excellent which makes one to visit the shop again and again.
Good selection of saris, nighties, churidars, leggings, dress shirts, pants. Right across from their gift store and located beside their shoes/bag store. Dressing rooms and seating areas available in store.

Staffs are not customer friendly, does not feel welcomed!! All staffs needs proper education about how to deal with customers!!

17th of April i visited this textile, in the men's section staff are not friendly and not helping to show the collections , an aged man (staff) who's struggling very hard and he don't get any help .
And finally in the account section there is a harsh guy and speaks in unproper manner.
May be this an institution of great pedigree but i can't experienced it .
