You can take boat ride from Ghat near Akbar fort which is on Yamuna river. devotee offers sangam puja on this spot also they take bath this sangam especially on flow of Ganga river. Bring three coconuts (for three rivers) from shore also flowers else pandits on sangam will charge you 300+ INR for those and also insists you to offer Brahman daan. Dont take local guide with you. Your boat rider will give you all information about history of those places. If possible please give them few extra bucks apart from standard fare.

It's great experience visiting there. U have to take a boat ride to see the Exact point where The Ganga & The Yamuna meets...as we all know that The Saraswati river is invisible to us. Try to Go there in Morning or evening. U will get a great view.

From station it will take 10-15 mins in e-rickshaw to reach the ghat (beside Allahabad fort), from where you will start. An awesome experience.. It's a must visit place to take a MAHA SANGAM SNAN for all Hindus Loys of Love for UP
