Bel endroit isole Peu de bruit a l exterieur et autour de la piscine Chambres spacieuses, salle de bain de bonne taille . Le tout tres propre. Repas a l occidental sans saveur ;-( le buffet est clairement pousse par les equipes de salle. Par contre gros point noir : le bruit ambiant dans les chambres provenant de gros ventilateurs/climatiseurs voisins.. les boules quies sont de rigueur !

Locked in the entry of the City.Surrounded by big trees. Very cool to enjoy. Service is very nice. Rooms are clean. Lift arrangements to be expanded. Parking is available Totally we can enjoy our stay.

I stayed here for 5 glorious nights! It was like home, with the luxuries one would like to have, especially of being served. The location is perfect. The frontdesk is staffed by very competent and pleasant personnel. Special mention of Ms Sweetta who took very good care of my needs. The housekeeping staff was quite prompt in delivering all I needed, generous extra bottles of water which many hotels would charge for. The laundry was efficient, and service came with a smile. Many thanks to Mr Sudarsingh. The traditional touch to this hotel is perfectly made. Understated, elegantly announcing its presence in the traditional lamp or kuthuvilakku, Tanjore paintings on the walls, a kolam, and borders on the floor. The ambience everywhere is pitch perfect. The rooms are huge, the big mirrors are a refreshing change from what you get in your branded hotels. If despite this eulogy I am not giving the hotel a 5, it is due to the very disappointing restaurant and in-room dining service. I had to talk to them 4 times for an order with 2 or 3 items, and they still got it wrong. There was a casual apology rendered. Yesterday I requested salt shaker on my table which ought to have been there in the first place, and yet I had to remind him and he brought it with a bad grace. The general attitude of the gentleman in charge of Thillana was unfriendly and inhospitable. No matter how many times I requested/explained, this restaurant could not get bread toasted finely. It remained soft and uncooked. In all, a delightful stay!

We recently went to Thanjavur to attend a conference with my family and stayed at Sangam Hotel. Initially, we were given a room with two single beds, but upon requesting a king-size bed, the hotel staff immediately upgraded us to a larger room. This was a very nice gesture on their part. Our stay at the hotel was fantastic and the service was exceptional.

A lovely hotel with very good helpful staff and excellent restaurant close to The Peruvudaiyar Temple also known as Periya Kovil, RajaRajeswara Temple and Rajarajesvaram.

This place is an absolute joke. Doesn't seem to be a high end restaurant. The food was below average in flavour. The fish curry lacked flavour and tasted very cheap. And the Meen Pollichahdu was pathetic. The fish was coated in corn flour.. who the hell does that for an authentic Kerala dish. This is not Chinese food. It was lathered with some stupid sauce that was sweet. And the steamed rice was some below average quality rice grains. Not even fine rice grains. Fire the chef and shut this place down. It's an absolute joke. Pathetic

For a kind information, pls be aware that don't visit this even in once In a lifetime, iam saying or briefing about thillana restaurant in sangam hotel thanjavur, the service was worst especially two lady staffs in thillana restaurant treated me badly ,they show some attitude towards me and laughed each and everything whatever we done in the restaurant while eating,so if anyone decided to go that place gather some information about this restaurant, even the reception treated me very badly bcoz iam not staying hotel only to have dinner to this restaurant, all staffs were not frndly as seen as they were illiterate, especially the two lady staffs in restaurant were very worst. 2.) The ambience was not good compared to many restaurant in tamilnadu itself, recently I visited the restaurant named- Park elanza hotel- tepin chilli restaurent in chennai(kindly google search for ambience), which was quiet good ambience,elegant and hiking restaurant in tamilnadu, which was far more better than this tanjavur hotel, because of the rate of food, which I have tried spinach and corn au gratin in tepin chilli restaurent, the rate also quiet reasonable including tax, only 350rs for this dish in restaurant, the service was also good,I give 10/10 for the chennai tepin chilli restaurent, which we called chennai as metropolitan city in such a place itself quiet reasonable than this restaurant. 3.) Here in this hotel I have tried ratatoutile with grilled cottagr cheese steak - the rate was high compared to the dish-450rs + 80rs tax, I will give 1/10 especially the worst behavior of staffs in this restaurant, I feel like I was in hell ,so pls be aware, gather some of the information about the positive and negative feedbacks from others in this society and kindly share this information for awareness for the society.

Very good service and very nice hospitality at their restaurant. Very good to stay here. Very near to Railway station and big temple.
