It is good. Hosting events and function will be above average. Lacks in few facilities like fans and all. But it also depends upon the places. So, its kinda good only.
For the neighbours, it wud really be annoying to bear the terrible noises of band baja barat every now and then. The function hall seems to be good with most facilities and ample parking space. Separate sections for ladies and gents for those who prefer privacy and parda.
