The food was A1. From starters to Indian food, everything was just amazing. The service was a little slow but all the food was worth the wait. The atmosphere is also nice with the soft music they play and the good lighting. Overall, I had an amazing time.

They are cheaters....See the quantity of mutton seekh kebab they sent at Rs 480 and on complaint said, itna hi milt hai!! While their Kirti Nagar outlets at the same price, delivers double the quantity. CHOR HAI YEH LOG....even I shared the photo after ordering the same Mutton Seekh kebab from their Kirti Nagar outlet and no response!

Manager was very rude. Doesn't know how to communicate with customers. Ordered Clear Soup, there was no mushroom in it. Manager said, "it's an international recipe & we can't add mushrooms". Turns out, Mushrooms are a part of Clear Soup recipe. Manager had no hospitality experience at all. Waiters were nice though to understand the situation. They knew manager was wrong but couldn't say anything. The way manager talked was way below any hospitality standards.

Sandoz originally started from a small restaurant in Karol bagh that has now turned out to be one of most promising multi cuisine restaurants in Delhi expanding to Mussoorie and hopefully more places soon. Their favourites have been butter chicken with butter naan and grilled chicken but now offers an even larger variety of Italian and Chinese rather fusion Chinese but love their chilli garlic chicken noodles. Their mocktails are a little over priced and the taste is on the sweeter side.

The Food, service and atmosphere was all very good with clean and hygiene environment. Also they have kids play area which added to their advantage of spending quality time.

Our goto desi dining restaurant! Food here is delicious with good service. The price is very affordable and the portions are good. They don't serve alcohol. They don't charge service tax on the bill as well. Generally, there is waiting, even on weekdays. Only downside is that being a family restaurant, there is lot of noise all around.
