I restarted my fitness journey with Sandows last month and able reduce(not too much but as of now I'm happy with the result) my weight and tone by body within itself. The overall environment is too good.. Gym trainer Mr Arjun is simply outstanding! His possess a wealth of knowledge and experience in fitness, always tailoring workouts to meet my specific goals and needs. His motivation and encouragement keep me consistently engaged, making each session enjoyable and rewarding. Thanks sandows team for your guidance, I've seen remarkable progress in my strength, endurance, and overall fitness level.. (Cons : It would be great if there is a toilet for the clients.)
