Sandhu Dhaba is the restaurant which comes on your left side on the way to Wagah Border from Amritsar Airport. Food is Ok, nothing great. You get various types of Thali , Punjabi thali has famous makke di roti ( corn floor Indian bread ) + sarso ka sag ( green Vegetable Curry) . Rotis were burnt. Sweet Lassi was very thick and cool
very cheap person.... rude behaviour they mention lassi in special thali, and butter milk ( chhass ) given.. when asked why you changed.... start shouting.... i cant argue because my wife with me.. please dont go with fanily...
Very good food spacialy season ka sag and makke di roti.. Lassi is also very good .. There are lots of Dhaba in dis route but if u love tredisnol food then u have visit there..
Poor Service.. Only one person for all the tables, Washrooms are available but not maintained properly. Many good options available around. So Must Avoid this..
Many tourist companies n drivers bring tourists here. But I will suggest to BAN THIS DHABA. We got LASSI WITH BLOTTING PAPER. The owner admitted that it is paper / plastic. But charged it. When we told that it's unhealthy n will cause stomach infection, he arrogantly said that, " ddoNkttr kaa bil le ke aanaa, mai de duungaa" Is this the way to treat customers, and that also when the hotel is in fault ? Adulterated food n arrogant owners.
Nice place Good food quality But late service
The food here was tasty. We were in a rush to reach wagah border and reached the place around 3.20 PM and the plan was to reach the wagah border border around 4 before the retreat ceremony starts. We ordered the food immediately after reaching. The staff understood that we are in a hurry and got the food within 10 mins of ordering. It was a pleasant experience overall and also pocket friendly.
