The temple is located 2 and half kilometres left to Rajkot highway. It holds the religious importance as people offer salt bags to lord Shiva for their goodwill. The temple has a large premise including a beautiful stepwell. For religious rituals and ceremonies the trust has arranged a permanent kitchen with token of donations. You can enjoy sugarcane juice, namkeen and a famous sweet called thabdi penda. A brown coloured hot sweet dish prepared from spoilt milk. The locality is a bit congested because of small parking area. But in normal days, it is quite peaceful.
