Poorly managed rooms, lacks basic amenities like clean sheets, house keeping is non existent, towels don't get refreshed, no handsoap in the wash room. dingy lighting with smoke soaked lobbies. Even the complimentary coffee tray is stacked with sugar sachets alone. Stay away from this one. Not worth a rupee you pay.
Only reason one can think of staying at this place is the location. Cons: Hazardous rooms - Switching on geyser, started fumes from the upper deck with burning smell. That's how good the condition was. Corridor area was filled with cigarette smoke and when asked to freshen it up with room freshener, service team didn't even bother to clear the smell Breakfast was pathetic. No toiletries, not even hygienic bedding.
I booked this location based on online reviews for my son and wife. Stayed their for 8 days. Clean and Spacious Room and clean bathroom. In a quiet location, but just 5-7 min walking distance from lot of eateries on BEL road. Very helpful and mannered house staff. We got stuck on the road as the cab took incorrect route. They immediately sent the staff to help us out. Tasty south Indian breakfast of Dosas and Idli. Highly recommended.
Very good hotel. Inside a multi complex. The people are friendly and cooperative. The area was peaceful and clean. The room and bathroom where clean and fresh and the shower had good warm water. The included breakfast was tastefull and sufficient. Would definitely go back there if I would need a place in the same area.
Amazing customer service and very helpful front desk staff. Clean and spacious room, attached balcony, and lots of amenities. Minimalistic look which adds to the charm of the property. Breakfast tasted excellent. Thank you for being such a warm host :)
Only problem with the hotel is, it is little harder to find out. The rooms were clean and hygiene, even the bathrooms were clean. The staff also very decent in behaviour and the service was also good. 5 star for everything. They even allow swiggy and Zomato orders. Overall good experience.... One more thing, this place is 40 mins away from Kempegowda airport.
