Good hotel for both business and family. Very comfy beds and good maintenance. Good terrace with a view and bonfire spot. Keep up the maintenance :)

The rooms are ok, though there is no view from the rooms. The staff is very courteous. The hotel is very close to Government Botanical Garden and commercial street.

Excellent non smoking rooms, No bad smell. Very clean Room and bathroom. Separate gycer for each room which provides uninterrupted hot water during said timings. Tasty complimentary South Indian breakfast. Near to botanical Garden. Walkable to city center. All the staffs are very supportive. They have good parking facility. Entire property is maintained very clean and hygiene. Rooms looks like as their photos on their website. Overall good stay.

Neat and cosy rooms at an affordable price. We found this room on a Saturday when all other properties in Ooty were fully booked. Located very close to city. Update : Visited second time again in 2023, the rooms were still well maintained and the service was great. I think everyone should give this property a try.

We stayed here for 2 Nights and three days. We are happy with Rooms and services, Rooms are neat and clean they have provided the best service also. It was very close to the Botanical Garden just within walking distance. They will provide the breakfast as complimentary It was good, They have provided the towel Soap etc. It comes with a little garden and you can also enjoy it there with your family and friends by doing fire camps. Overall Happy with the Sanctuary Boutique Hotel.

Sanctuary Boutique Hotel Ooty is Awesome place to stay because this hotel is near to botanical garden easy accessible to all the places. The Staff is very friendly and respect they give customers are excellent. Complimentary breakfast is delicious it is like home made. Overall Service is Excellent.

Let me start off by stating the obvious- Ooty is a very expensive place and if you want a good stay you will have to go beyond your budget. Any hotels/resorts above 4 star are 5-6k plus. We found this hotel by luck which fit right in our budget and the stay was amazing. The hotel staff call you every morning to inform you about breakfast being ready. There's hot water supply only during a limited time period (the whole of Ooty faces water supply issues so this is common). The food is totally edible and the hotel rooms are clean and hygienically maintained. There's a beautiful backyard where you can sit and enjoy your food, coffee or read a book. The staff was very helpful and kind. The town is very accessible from this place. The auto stand is just a few meters walk down the road. I'd recommend this hotel to anyone who is visiting Ooty.
