Located in the heart of Pune city this hospital is the best in class orthopaedic hospital in Pune. One stop place for all orthopedic solutions. We went for my sister's Knee surgery and we had a great experience. Management, staff, doctors and cleaning staff are friendly and soft spoken. Hospital is well maintained. The rooms have state of art facilities. The surgery was performed by DR Parag Sancheti. He is a wonderful doctor and a very empathetic surgeon. Management staff, doctors & care takers all are co-operative & supportive. Hospital is well maintained & all specialists are available here in hospital.all amnesties are there including lift, canteen drugstore and visitors seating area. Valet parking available with nominal fees but limited space. Special attention & care has been taken for patients. I would definitely recommend this hospital to others.

I am completely not satisfied. What I heard about this hospital was true when I had to visit this place. I am giving 3 star just for good treatment of my brother who got an accident. But the way they treat patient's relative, colleagues or friend for money is very shameful. When I was depositing security money then I saw an incident. One of the person there was completing the payment process for discharging there ward then the total bill was around 110000 INR and they already had paid 50000 INR during admitting as security deposit. So the difference amount must be paid by that person but hospital authorities were compelling to pay 110000 INR by saying that you will get refund that security within some days. And I think this is totally unethical. I literally saw them crying for this behavior. So I must give a suggestion to hospital authorities to stop this refund nonsense as you know very well no one come to hospital for enjoying. We all gets tensed during such situations. So please kindly be cooperative during such situations specially with patient's relative. Second one I noticed that in ICU ward you don't provide three times meal to patient while you are charging around 15k to 20 K around per day. So I think you must improve your service in this segments too. Patient should get three times meal when you are charged such high prices. Third one I think you do usually when you got to know that patient have insurance. I saw that you do random tests again and again just for increasing your bills so that Insurance companies will pay you more. You did two times CT scan of my brother while in first report of CT scan everyone was normal. In this context I would like to say to all insurance companies that kindly provide one of your staff to observe every treatment closely of patients if you think that this is unethical. Otherwise if you are ready to pay whatever bill they send then it's okay. And the last one and important one is parking facilities. Hospital authorities must improve it's parking facilities and security must be more tight when any vehicle exit because many people say they are staff and security allow them to exit without verifying the ID card. There is no other facility here except doctor, there is a charge for every matter but no service. Even their emergency services are not working properly. For cashless insurance, all the information has to be processed by yourself as well as so many extra equipments are used in the hospital and your insurance company does not claim them.There is so much inconsistency in the staff, no one gives any information, the doctor's assistant does not show any preparation for any kind of cooperation.This hospital only wants money which takes this money better than any other hospital in Pune. All I want to say is... instead of coming to this hospital, we should give preference to another hospital. The people who built this hospital are no longer working here, so the management here is completely rotten. Please please please... Don't admit here... Don't visit here... Loss of money... Loss of time...

Due to bike accident I had cervical spine fracture,multiple head injury , multiple abrasions. .then I taken primary treatment at local hosp. I got ref of dr ajay kothari sir from one of my relatives Then after consultation Dr ajay kothari After x ray and MRI DR KOTHARI is the first dr to really explain what was actually causing my pain and fracture and how to eliminate it .He cure my head injury and multifragmented fracture only via treatment and problem consultation, do's and donts Higlh recommend for anyone having spine fracture issue

My niece was 12 years old and had a spine operation. The doctor gave a hundred percent guarantee. The doctor took everyone in the family to believe that the girl will be fine in fifteen days, everything will be fine And in the morning the operation was done and in the evening the doctor said that her temperature rose so she had a death..This was quite a shock to the family as a twelve year old girl is not a small thing.. And this is only due to trusting the doctor..

Visited this hospital for shoulder movement issues and was given an appointment with Dr. Shailesh Deshmukh. Not only did the doctor did not listen to my issue, he trivialized my problem and barely examined my shoulder. Not that he was in a hurry, he had time to casually chit chat. He wrote me calcium supplement after charging a hefty consultation fee. I had traveled from Viman Nagar for this appointment after taking a leave from work. Such a waste of time, money and my problem persists..
