Very bad experience. Doctors who doesn't even know the basics of treatment. Very unprofessional and no value for human life. Took my friend for a simple fever and the doctor prescribed medicines which were uncommon, on having doubt I cross checked with some doctor friends who suggested these medicines have heavy side effects and not to use it. They even made her do tests worth more than 5000Rs like kidney and liver function test in their hospital itself which later we found out was unnecessary.
Had the right diagnosis under Dr Sfurtimann for my mother. We are very gratefull for her supportive and warm behaviour. Also her assistant Debashree mam had been a great support she was always available for any of our queries. The nursing staff was polite and helpful too. Thank you so much.
