The contact number which has been provided is wrong and connect to one of the rude person who is not even responsible for patients and doesn't even take care. The people only can meet patients but no call connections are available. You cannot connect yourself through call with the patient. Kindly think 1000 times before admitting patient in this hospital even if you have sasthya sathi card.
All the doctors and the staffs are very helpful. Reception staffs and ss desk staffs are also very humble. I am satisfied as my wife undergoes regular treatment there. I think sanaka hospital is one of the best hospital in our area.
Very bad experience .Hospital staffs are very rude .My father was admitted due to covid .He got a very bad treatment .The reception was very bad and did not give the accurate information about the patient .They always had a rude behaviour over the phone . Very much unsatisfied. I will never recommend anyone of this hospital. Don't come to this hospital Completely trash . didn't even cared for the patient, nobody is giving proper information. If there is a rating "0" I would give that.

My wife admit for covid treatment from 04.05.21 to 10.5.21.they charged 3.5 lakhs as covid package but service is very bad, position of patient not given by reception. The behavior of reception staff is very bad, they not response properly to guardian of patients.at the time of discharge I demand to meet with doctor for post covid care suggestion at home but they are not call doctor to meet with me, only a person work at reception he suggest me that patient will take oxygen at home for one or two days. At discharge time which doctor treatment in hospitalised period and no any doctor's prescription given to me.
