I would like to suggest the inclusion of baby hampers and baby dresses as part of the services provided during the baby birth process. Baby Hampers: Introducing a specially curated baby hamper for new parents would be a delightful addition. These hampers could include essential items such as baby clothing, blankets, diapers, toiletries, and perhaps a small toy or keepsake. This gesture would not only provide convenience to the parents but also add an element of surprise and joy during their stay at the hospital. Baby Dresses: Offering a selection of adorable baby dresses would allow parents to dress their newborns in comfortable and stylish clothing right from the beginning. Providing an array of sizes and designs to choose from would ensure that parents have options suitable for their little ones. By incorporating these additions into the baby birth process, the hospital can provide a more comprehensive and personalized experience for new parents. Dr. Prerna and Nurse Isha were two god sent angels that helped me vaginally deliver my baby so efficiently. Dr. Prerna puts her heart and soul in monitoring the treatment of her patients. Her treatments are apt and to the point. She was available all the time at the time of my delivery and was extremely vigilant. The nurses explain everything related to post partum delivery and care. They will even help you learn how to breast feed your baby and provide all the necessary instructions you should be informed with. My experience with Sanaisha was extremely satisfying and fulfilling.

Update - we met Dr Prerna today for the hsg test. She was very polite and very professional. My wife didn't experience any major pain during the procedure. Although she was very nervous initially but the dr comforted her and was very gentle throughout. Later, she also explained us all the intricacies of the findings and also suggested us future course of action. She also explained to us why she was unable to meet us yesterday, which was a genuine reason. Both my wife and I are thankful to her and will be visiting her in future for guidance. Original review: This is a review not for the doctor, but for the reception staff. My wife and I visited her clinic for an HSG test, which is a fairly painful and complicated test. It also requires some prior preparation by the patient. So before the test, my wife wanted to meet the doctor a day before, just to discuss the procedure and to put her anxieties to rest. The receptionist however plainly refused us to meet the doctor. He said a full consultation of Rs 800 will be charged even to talk to the dr (over and above the Rs 5000 test charges). On being asked if the test is to be done empty stomach or not or to take any antibiotics medicine, he was extremely random. Just casually throwing some answers. We requested to let us talk to the dr for simple 30 secs, even that was refused. We felt quite annoyed at this. I am sure the dr must be good, however the attendant needs to be schooled in some basic civil manners.

My family doctor recommended Dr. Prerna mam when we figured out that I am pregnant, I remember his recommendation words (She is the best gynecologist, he is ever Known). So, we booked an appointment with Prerna mam, I could also sense the same from the moment I entered her cabin, I felt welcomed, Dr. Prerna's Professionalism and compassion were evident throughout my pregnancy on every single visit. Initially, I had a lot of concerns regarding regular checkups, as I had to move to Bangalore mere office work ki vajah se and I wanted my delivery to be done in Indirapuram by Prerna mam kyoki unke baare me bahut suna tha. Mujhe laga ye bahut tough hoga , kese manage karenge check-ups till 7 months, but Prerna Mam helped/guided me so well through online consultations. There was a time When I asked for some medicine, but she asked me, no need to take it and I didn't, she was having believe in her expertise, and when should particular treatment needs to start, which shows her Extraordinary work expertise and professionalism. Thank you so much mam for keeping me on less medication during my pregnancy. I highly recommend her to anyone seeking a skilled and caring gyne even in case of online consultation. I believe she will give the best advice to you. I was lucky enough that I got the best Gyne and hospital near my home. It was plus point for me. Prerna mam took the time to address all my concerns and provided thorough explanations. Her Professionalism and attention to detail are outstanding. Her Gentle and confident approach during the examination made me feel comfortable. My complete pregnancy went smoothly but at last, don't know what happened complications came. I was scared of the delivery Process which I never discussed with anyone, My fear went away because the treatment and care I received in labor room were outstanding. Prerna mam handled me so well, I felt supported every step of the way. I almost gave up at the last minute and surrender completely to the Universe, but mam was the one, who was confident enough. And You won't believe "The results exceeded my expectations and I am grateful for the positive outcome." Furthermore, the staff at Sanaisha was exceptional. The Nurses were friendly, attentive, and highly professional. She is not just an extraordinary doctor, she is an extraordinary human being. She delivers miracles. One such miracle happened in my life too.I am blessed with baby girl via normal delivery that was possible because of her. You are so dear to me, You made me overcome my Pregnancy fear, I feel as if God himself came in your form. Every single day when I wake up, I thank God for sending you into my life. I personally think - Dr. Prerna believes in her action rather than words. She works smartly. Dr prerna is very good doctor and human being. She is very pleasant in nature and destress the patient easily She gives proper time to her patients and listens very calmly and carefully. She gave importance to each of my query, no matter how basic it was. Throughout my pregnancy she was always approachable and gave best advices. I wanted a normal delivery for my baby, and she supported alot for the same.I would like to give sincere thanks from deep of my heart for everything which she has done for me.
