The facilities at Sana Hospital are top-notch, and I felt confident in the quality of care I was receiving. The doctors and nurses were not only highly skilled but also compassionate, taking the time to explain every aspect of my treatment and address any concerns I had.

Worst hospital ever, if you don't want to see your loved one dies in front of you, do not visit this hospital they are just doing there business by playing with people's life and earn money through this, no proper treatment, no proper diagnosis. If your patient is not serious, they will make him/her serious and ones they come to know that patient will not survive they will suggest you to go other hospital by saying they don't have good equipments or machineries. people who all are working in absence of doctors they don't even know how to do their duties, they will give you prescription without diagnosis and without knowing what exact problem is. So be carefull and don't suggest this hospital to anyone!! Because of them I lost my young brother, One day will come when Allah will punish them.ameen...

Overall quite Ok experience. As per other Pune Multi speciality hospitals the do charge less. But admin and reception department is too junior staff.

Worst hospital to go to. The doctor gives wrong prescription for and wrong medicines. Useless doctors who don't have knowledge & don't have any idea as to what they're doing. They've killed many people by recommending & prescribing wrong medications. Lost my grandmother and father within a span of 20 days who were undergoing a treatment here. The doctors will be answerable one day Nobody should go to this hospital ever. There are also several cases on this hospital. Please spend some extra money but go to a good doctor.

The worst, most nasty admin / reception. The doctors and testing facilities are really, really basic, but good and they charge really less... A couple of years back, I had gone there for a broken finger... and I really had a wonderful experience. And now I thought I'd go there for some GI distress I've been having. The reception staff don't even understand basic medical conditions. They don't even know if they have specialists for this conditions. And if you ask to speak to the GP or a senior (when convenient, of course), they simply refuse. I've been trying for 2 weeks now. And if you ask for their name, so you can follow-up, they lie and give any random name. They don't do their job despite multiple requests. They're the kind of people who seem to take joy from others' distress, suffering and frustration. This hospital could be such a huge blessing, but if the first point of contact of the hospital are so nasty, lazy and shameless.... how do we as people, get through to the doctors and care we need? It's a real shame.

Very helpful hospital and specially 24 hours available hospital, efficient rates of charges I like it

I got my Acl surgery done from this hospital and they should have started my physiotherapy immediately in about two days. When I asked them, they told me the physiotherapist didn't come to work. And they discharged me without giving any physiotherapy protocal. They didn't even tell me that I was supposed to start immediately or I could've found a physiotherapist to help. Because of this my recovery got delayed and I am behind my recovery schedule by 2 weeks. It made my leg weaker. I don't recommend this hospital at all.

Literally Pathetic..... They charge people like Fortis and JJ..... Gives services worst that government hospitals...... Lootere in short.
