I joined Sana Fitness in Sept 2018, now its been more than 1 year.
Gym master help everyone for their sets and the thing I like about him that he knows what sets we are doing and what we did yesterday as well.
He helped me to reduce neat about 5% body fat, still its more to go for me but I will surely recommend this gym if you want to reduce fat and or gain muscles.
This is my very first Gym. In that time, I have no idea about Gym workouts, He (Rahman Master) gave me the best workout trainings, I can see the changes in me. Unfortunately I can't continue with Gym, I have moved for Bangalore... But still I miss this Gym and Rahman Master... He is very nice person I have ever seen... Thank u Master...

This was my first gym in Chennai, and Rehman sir is really a great person as well as a great trainer, unfortunately I met an accident and couldn't be continue but I miss Rehman ji and gym a lot.
