It was good experience with sanjo.Receptionist and all the nurses,doctors and pharmacist were spoken well and maintained good rapport with the patient care.Nurses in the casualty are humble honest and trustworthy. Waiting area and lift are available.Parking facilities are available for both scooter and car.Emergency facilities are good.

Very worst experience... waiting for my turn since more than an hour but no communication from there behalf even after providing them my chit that too for a CMO doc...this is the casualty department of sanjoe hospital. Pathetic hospital.

Customer service is very poor. Things are as they seem. Admission desk as they feel.I had a very bad experience when my daughter was admitted as dengue positive. When I went home and took the materials required for admission, I was told that there is no room. Before going home, the room was confirmed. And the insurance sector is behaving very badly. Also, when I was admitted due to back pain, before paying the bill at the time of discharge, the PRO came and took the phone from my hand and made a review.

Dont even have an ultrasound machine, which is essential for a hospital and sends to the nearby Vivid centre where it takes hours to get it done. By then, the doctor's shift will be over.

Thank you Dr. Deepu vijayan (ortho) and nursing team for your caring and service. They're blessing of this hospital. In Even my difficult moments their communication makes me cool.

All staff are very comfortable while interacting, the emergency department is taking care very well... It's a good experience.
