The rooms were not cleaned for the next guests. The mats were soaked wet and they didn't change it. The "receptionist " was cursing in front of the children. The service provided was very bad, not worth the money that you spend. I would give a zero rating if any. Advice: Don't ever step in....
Very bad experience. They didn't fix a leaking tap for two days. No room cleaning. Zero service.
If there is an option of giving 0 rating I would go for it. No water heater, tv not working, none of the toilet flesh not working. Wash basin Water leaking n wat not. I took 3 rooms for 3 days n it's the worst exp. No power backup is made due to which no water supply. If you ask the front desk the response is nil n the guys r in phone always playing games. Please don't choose this hotel. Worst hell to stay.
Hai guys We booked lodge, for two days in package (kannyakumari to rameswaram)but hotel staff told checkout with in 12 hours and hotel staff behavior is not good with customer And hotel manager torture repeatly for vacate the room. Our plus point was we didn't given full amount and we paid full amount before 1 hour to checkout... Hotel staff torture high to us especially Kindly avoid this hotel

Awesome place to stay...booked for 3 days and I am very happy that hotel staffs are too supportive. just in front of the sea the hotel is located...this hotel is one and only hotel in rameshwaram located just in front of sea. At Agneethirtham. a lot of fresh air in evening..u can view the sunrise in sea directly to hotel. superb fragrance all over the compound...very nice rooms..quite big rooms.....perfect hotel to stay with family.

It was a good stay. Need to improve dining though. Cinematic experience is good but sound effect will disturb the next room...Need to think about sound insulation. Without good sound effect it degrades the cinematic experience.
